It's been a crazy week!!

Happy Sunday!!

This past week has been a little crazy for me with back to school shopping for my daughters and myself.  You read correctly, I will be going back to school in three weeks, 24 days, 19 hours!!

Most of you know that in December 2017 I graduated from Pasadena City College and received my A.S. Degree.  I was accepted to University to get my B.A.  I am excited and scared at the same time.  On Thursday we had our Orientation and were able to sign up for classes.  I will be taking FIVE classes, oh my!!

I am excited to start this new adventure since I have been out of school for seven months.  With that free time I have been creating content for you guys and sharing my projects.  I love being able to do what I love and I am hoping to find time to still create and share my projects.  I am not sure how often I will be uploading videos but I will try my best to post on my social media, most likely on Instagram.

I am working on editing two videos I have recorded, so they will be up soon.

Thank you for following me and taking the time to watch my videos.  I do enjoy sharing my creations with you!

Hugs,

Ivone

Marvel Super Heroes Card | Kindred Stamps

Happy Friday!!! Where should I start....well this card took me two days to complete with a couple of hiccups in between. But the final result is amazing.  I love how this card turned out in the end.

So the stamp is from Kindred Stamps called You're Super.  It was a limited edition box and I was lucky to snag one up.  I am a huge fan on their pop culture stamps.  If you'd like to save 10% off your first purchase, I have a referral code you can use.

The card was intentionally meant to be a 5" x 7" but it ended up measuring 7" x 4 1/2" due to my error in measuring.  A couple of supplies I used were the ink stamps in Balmy Blue and Pineapple Punch, a retired stamp set "Calling All Heroes"  by Stampin' Up! and some Stampin Dimensionals as well.

I used plenty of Copic markers....and the set I have are the basic set.  The font I used is called Comical Cartoon and I downloaded it from Da Font.

The copic markers used for each hero are

THOR
E00, E11, E15
C1, C3, C5, C7
R08, R20

Hulk
B45
C3, C5, C7
V09
YG03, YG17

Loki
C5, C7, C9
E00, E18, E29
G07
Y13, Y15, YR24

I have a process video for this card on YouTube, enjoy!

A Star is Born

Happy Friday!!

Today I have a baby card to share with you.
This card measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" on Whisper White cardstock.
The cardstock layer measures 4" x 5 1/4" on Balmy Blue or Powder Pink cardstock.
The Designer Series Paper layer measures 3 3/4" x 5" on Twinkle Twinkle DSP.

I heat embossed the sentiment "a star is born" from the Little Twinkle stamp set in Silver emboss powder and fussy cut the star with paper snip scissors.

The baby on the moon was stamped from the Moon Baby stamp set in Memento Tuxedo black ink and was colored in with Pineapple Punch ink for the moon, Balmy Blue or Powder Pink with ink with an aqua painter for the baby's clothes.

Here is the coordinating video.
Thanks for visiting my blog and watching my video. Enjoy!
